Xie Wenli (Lily) is the Finance Director of Carrington Day, a consulting company that assists international companies doing business in China and Chinese companies to go abroad.

XIE WENLI (LILY) BIO

Xie WenLi (Lily) has been the Finance Director of Carrington Day since its earliest days and is a senior member of the management team. Before joining Carrington Day she had been a business owner in her hometown of Xi’an. Her start-up logistics business became very successful and was serving the north-western provinces of China.

After relocating to Shanghai, Lily has brought that entrepreneurial experience to Carrington Day while appreciating the challenges of a foreign company in China. She has been an important link to some of Carrington Day’s more entrepreneurial Chinese clients that are operating outside of the hubs of the major cities in China.
